| How You Can Apply |
| The Board of Regents has established
some of the goals of the Valley Family Health Care
Foundation. In addition to the core activities in which
we will be participating every year, special needs can
also be identified by the general community. To
receive an application or nomination form, contact the
Valley Family Health Care Foundation, or any member of
the Board of Regents listed on this website, and they
will be sure to get them to you. Every application and
nomination will be reviewed by the Board and given full
consideration in terms of how it fits the goals of the
organization.
While we can’t hope to help in every situation, we
can commit to an open access and equal opportunity
